Privacy Policy

GIGARep ("the App") is an internal business communication tool developed by GIGAREP LLC for use by authorized employees and contractors of ECP Business Capital and its affiliates. The App is not available to the general public.

1. Information We Collect

The App collects and processes the following data in the course of normal business operations:

• Account credentials — username and password for App authentication
• Call data — outbound and inbound call records, including phone numbers, call duration, timestamps, and call recordings made through the Twilio voice platform
• Device information — device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for push notification delivery
• Usage data — App interaction logs for troubleshooting and performance monitoring

2. How We Use Your Information

• Facilitating business calls between sales representatives and merchants
• Recording calls for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes
• Managing user accounts and authentication
• Delivering push notifications for incoming calls
• Monitoring App performance and resolving technical issues

3. Data Storage and Security

Call recordings and metadata are stored on secured servers managed by GIGAREP LLC. Authentication credentials are hashed using industry-standard encryption (bcrypt). All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.2 or higher. Access to stored data is restricted to authorized administrators.

4. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services:

• Twilio — Voice call routing, recording, and telephony services. Subject to Twilio's Privacy Policy.
• Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) — Delivery of incoming call notifications.

5. Data Retention

Call recordings and associated metadata are retained for the duration of the business relationship plus any period required by applicable law or regulation. Account data is retained while the user remains an active employee or contractor and deleted upon termination of access.

6. Your Rights

As this App is used exclusively within a business context by employees and contractors, data rights are governed by applicable employment agreements and company policies. For questions about your data, contact your administrator.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated through the App or company channels. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
