Privacy Policy

GIGARep ("the App") is an internal business communication tool developed by GIGAREP LLC for use by authorized employees and contractors of ECP Business Capital and its affiliates. The App is distributed to corporate-managed devices through a mobile device management (MDM) solution and is not available to the general public on the App Store. Access is provisioned and revoked by company IT administrators.

1. Information We Collect

The App collects and processes the following data in the course of normal business operations:

Account credentials — username and password for App authentication
Call data — outbound and inbound call records, including phone numbers, call duration, timestamps, and call recordings made through the Twilio voice platform
Device information — device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for push notification delivery
Usage data — App interaction logs for troubleshooting and performance monitoring
Contacts (on-device only) — With your permission, the App accesses your device address book locally to display contact names for caller identification and dialer search. This data is never uploaded to or stored on our servers.
Microphone — The App accesses the device microphone to enable voice calls through the Twilio platform. Microphone audio is transmitted in real-time during active calls only.

2. Contacts Data

The App requests access to the device Contacts address book to provide caller identification and contact search functionality within the dialer. This allows sales representatives to quickly identify callers and search for merchant contacts when placing outbound calls.

Contact names, phone numbers, and other address book data accessed through the iOS Contacts framework are used locally for display and search purposes only. Contact data is NOT uploaded to, transmitted to, or stored on GIGAREP LLC servers or any third-party servers. No contact database is built or maintained from device Contacts data.

If you decline Contacts access, the App will continue to function — phone numbers will be displayed without contact name matching, and you may manually enter numbers in the dialer. You can grant or revoke Contacts access at any time in iOS Settings → GIGARep → Contacts.

3. How We Use Your Information

Facilitating business calls between sales representatives and merchants
Recording calls for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes
Managing user accounts and authentication
Delivering push notifications for incoming calls
Monitoring App performance and resolving technical issues
Displaying contact names from your device address book for caller identification during calls
Enabling contact search for quick-dial functionality

4. Data Storage and Security

Call recordings and metadata are stored on secured servers managed by GIGAREP LLC. Authentication credentials are hashed using industry-standard encryption (bcrypt). All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.2 or higher. Access to stored data is restricted to authorized administrators.

5. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services:

Twilio — Voice call routing, recording, and telephony services. Subject to Twilio's Privacy Policy.
Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) — Delivery of incoming call notifications.
Apple Contacts Framework (CNContacts) — Local device access only, no data transmitted.

6. Data Retention

Call recordings and associated metadata are retained for the duration of the business relationship plus any period required by applicable law or regulation. Account data is retained while the user remains an active employee or contractor and deleted upon termination of access.

Contact data accessed from your device address book is never stored on our servers and exists only in your device's local memory while the App is in use.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting your company administrator or emailing privacy@gigarep.io. Upon verified request, we will delete your account data and associated call records within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law or regulation. You may also revoke individual permissions (Contacts, Microphone, Notifications) at any time through your device's Settings app.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated through the App or company channels. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
