GIGARep SMS Program — Terms & Conditions
1) About this program
The GIGARep SMS Program sends text messages to people who have asked to receive them. Messages cover your account, setting up and securing your device, and updates from our support team. We do not send promotional or marketing text broadcasts through this program.
2) How you join
You join by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on our opt-in page. The consent box is optional and never pre-checked. After you submit, we text you to confirm — you reply YES, and only then are you subscribed. We will not send you program messages until you confirm. Consenting to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us or of using any GIGARep product or service.
3) Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You receive texts when there is a relevant account, security, or support event — not on a fixed schedule.
4) Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. GIGAREP LLC does not charge you for these messages, but your carrier may.
5) Getting help and stopping messages
- Text HELP at any time and we will reply with support information. You can also email support@gigarep.io.
- Text STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You can also use UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, END, OPTOUT, REVOKE, or STOPALL.
- After you text STOP, we send one confirmation message and then stop sending program texts to your number.
6) Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed.
7) Your privacy
We use your mobile number only to run this program and to keep a record of your consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. For full details, read our Privacy Policy.
