Frequently asked questions

Use the credentials provided by your company administrator. If you need to reset your password, contact your IT admin.

GIGARep uses your contacts to display caller names and enable quick-dial. Contact data stays on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.

Calls are recorded through the Twilio platform for quality assurance and training purposes. Recordings are stored securely and accessible only to authorized administrators.

Go to iOS Settings → GIGARep → Notifications and enable alerts for incoming calls.

By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from GIGARep. Subscribers can stop at any time by replying STOP (or related carrier keywords), and text HELP for support details. Opting in is optional — consent is never a condition of purchasing or using any GIGARep service. Review our SMS Terms and SMS Opt-In pages.

Visit our SMS Opt-In page, enter your mobile number, and check the consent box. We'll text you a confirmation — reply YES to finish. Signing up is optional and never required to use GIGARep. Full details are in the SMS Terms.
